1. Approve:

Regulations on Occupational safety and health administration of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the State inspectorate for protection and examination of conditions of employment and employment relationships of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

2. Take into consideration that the decisions of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan accepted within its competence concerning compliance with law about work, employment of the population, social protection of disabled people and labor protection are obligatory for execution of the public and economic board by bodies, public authorities on places and other organizations, and also the physical persons which are employers.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to approve regulations on the state inspectorates for protection and examination of working conditions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, head departments on work and social protection of the population of areas and the city of Tashkent.

4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

Regulations on the State inspectorate for protection and examination of working conditions of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines the status, the main objectives, functions, the rights and responsibility of the State inspectorate for protection and examination of working conditions of the Ministry of employment and employment relationships (further - Inspection).
