About application "Excise stamps. State trademarks" and "Excise stamps" of new type

For the purpose of improvement of production process and use "Excise stamps. The state trademarks" and the "Excise stamps" obligatory to application according to Article provisions 123 parts (5) and (5-1) Tax codes No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Government DECIDES:

1. Apply since April 1, 2010. "Excise stamps. The state trademarks" and "Excise stamps" of new type which will be made by request of the state company "Fiscservinform" to have the increased degree of protection and to be distributed according to provisions of the current legislation.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 16.03.2015 No. 84

3. Import to the country of the goods marked "By excise stamps. The state trademarks" and the "Excise stamps" applied since July 1, 2008 and according to April 1, 2005 to permit only in cases when export of these brands for marking of goods at the foreign producer was performed till April 1, 2010.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State Tax Administration and Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance.
