About approval of new blank forms of the certificate of conformity and declaration of conformity

According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Form of the form of the certificate of conformity with the image of mark of conformity to technical regulations and appendices to it (appendices 1, 2);

- Requirements to the form of the certificate of conformity, appendix to it and rule of their filling (appendix 3);

- Declaration form form of compliance with the image of mark of conformity to technical regulations (appendix 4);

- Rules of filling of the declaration of conformity (appendix 5).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.05.2022 No. 267

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 28.01.2019 No. 20

4. The forms of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity issued before approval of new blank forms of certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity are applied before the termination of term of their action.

4.1. In the cases provided by the Section VII of Appendix No. 1 to the Protocol on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 signed on May 8, 2015 the blank forms of the certificate of conformity and the declaration of conformity approved by the Eurasian economic commission are applied.

In other cases the blank forms of the certificate of conformity and the declaration of conformity approved by this resolution are applied.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective since May 15, 2010.

Requirements to the form of the certificate of conformity, appendix to it and rule of their filling

1. The form of the certificate of conformity and appendix to them are documents of the strict reporting, have at least four degrees of protection, including:

- gilyoshny frame of positive display;

- the microtext placed on perimeter of gilyoshny frame;

- mark of conformity to technical regulations;

- translucent topographical protective element with the image of mark of conformity to technical regulations;

- typographical number (designation of series and sequence number of the form).

The form of the certificate of conformity is made on special paper with regular background grid of light green color on sheets A4 (210x297 mm).

2. The form of the certificate of conformity is made by typographical method. At the same time typographical number on the form of the certificate of conformity contains designation - "KG Series".
