This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2009 "About procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus and entry into the Republic of Belarus of citizens of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 235, 2/1601).
