According to article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", Item 5 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families", the State program of social and professional adaptation of the military personnel who is subject to dismissal and persons discharged from military service for the period till 2011, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 12.05.2007 N 720 (further - the State program), for the purpose of ensuring social and professional adaptation of the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine (further - the SSU) I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of the direction on preparation, retraining or advanced training of the military personnel of the Security Service of Ukraine who are subject to dismissal from military service in connection with staff reduction or holding organizational actions and for health reasons which is applied.
2. Annually till February 20 to provide to chiefs of divisions of the Central management, regional bodies, bodies of military counterintelligence, educational, scientific, research and other institutions, SSU organizations, the Headquarters of the Anti-terrorist center under the Security Service of Ukraine (dalshepodrazdeleniya, bodies, institutions, organizations) information in Management of work with staff of the SSU (further - URLS SSU) about persons who are planned to dismissal from military service next year in connection with staff reduction or holding organizational actions and for health reasons.
