About settlement concerning implementation and registration of foreign investments
According to Item 14 of Article 7, Article 30, of Item of 1 part two of Article 44 and article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", articles 6 and 11 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment", Items 2 and 11 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of 23.06.2009 No. 1533-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine for the purpose of overcoming negative effects of financial crisis", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.
2. Ceased to be valid.
3. Add the List and rates of services in registration of organizations of banks, to provision of licenses (permissions) to banking operations, transactions with currency values and other services which are provided by the National Bank of Ukraine and its territorial administrations, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 12.08.2003 to No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 10.09.2003 No. 787/8108 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 19.03.2004 No. 120, with changes), services at numbers 84 and 85 of such content:

4. To department of currency control (O. A. Scherbakov) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on Department of currency exchange control and licensing (O. G. Bilanenko) and chiefs of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine.
6. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
