According to article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed list of Items of technical regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is the State Party of custom union which contain mandatory requirements concerning separate types of products and connected with requirements of design processes to it (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization and utilization and to introduce mandatory requirements since July 1, 2010.

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation with participation of Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology till April 1, 2010 to develop and approve the list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity to the requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution.

3. Determine that:

the applicant has the right to choose independently the mode of technical regulation according to which assessment of conformity to the mandatory requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution, or Item 1 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" will be performed;

forms of confirmation of conformity of products included in the list, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the Resolution are determined according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2009 No. 982 "About approval of the single list of products, the subject obligatory certification, and the single list of products which confirmation of conformity is performed in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity";

the state control (supervision) of observance of the mandatory requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution is performed by federal executive bodies within their competence;

powers on accreditation of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) performing works on confirmation of conformity of products included in the list, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution are performed by Federal Accreditation Service within the number of staff of central office and territorial authorities of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

4. To Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology till April 1, 2010 to approve the list of the documents used in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of standardization, and also the documents containing rules and methods of researches (testing) and measurements, including the rules of sampling necessary for application and execution of the mandatory requirements provided by the list approved by this Resolution and implementation of assessment of conformity concerning separate types of products and the processes connected with requirements to it to provide its publication in the printing edition of federal executive body on technical regulation and placement in information system public in electronic and digital form.
