1. Approve Regulations on cases and procedure for acquaintance in territorial authorities of the State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance with documents, receipts of the data connected with transactions of the checked subjects it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

This Provision determines cases and procedure for acquaintance in territorial authorities of the State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance (further - territorial authorities of the State Treasury) with authentic documents and accounts, including currency, receipts of data, references and copies of the documents connected with transactions of the checked subjects and also by other questions arising during check.
2. In territorial authorities of the State Treasury the controlling (supervising) bodies and checking have the right:
