2. In the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification of conformity in the regulated area, approved by the Order of the Government No. 1469 of December 30, 2004 with sequence number 28 and from tariff line item of 2005 with sequence number to exclude the 32nd concept "Olives, or Olives" from tariff line item of 2001.

3. This Resolution becomes effective within 3 months after publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

Technical regulation "Table Olives"

The technical regulation "Table Olives" Alimentarius creates necessary base for application of the Code standard: Codex Stan No. 66, 1981, Rev. 1, 1987, for table olives.

I. Scope

1. The technical regulation "Table Olives" (further - the Technical regulation) establishes the minimum requirements to quality to which there shall correspond fruits of cultivars of Oleae europaea sativa Hoffg, Link processed and processed as appropriate and offered for consumption by the person in the form of table olives (further - products) or the subjected transformations, including repacking in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.

6. The products determined and described in this Technical regulation shall be strong, good-quality and made of good-quality raw materials.

7. The used raw materials shall conform to the requirements provided in appendix No. 1 to this Technical regulation.

8. Brine in which olives are preserved and the used ingredients shall conform to the requirements provided in appendix No. 2 to this Technical regulation.

9. Products shall conform to the organoleptic quality requirements provided in appendix No. 3 to this Technical regulation.

10. The name of each product shall specify correctly the nature of product and for this purpose include, at least, the following information:
