1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out recalculations of the amount of payment for provision of services on centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and water disposal in case of failure to provide them or provision not in full, declines in quality which is applied.

Procedure for carrying out recalculations of the amount of payment for provision of services on centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and water disposal in case of failure to provide them or provision not in full, declines in quality

General part

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out recalculations of the amount of payment for provision of services by centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and water disposal (further - services) in case of failure to provide them or provision not in full, declines in quality. Action of this Procedure extends to subjects of housekeeping of all patterns of ownership which object of activity is provision of services (daleeispolnitel) and physical persons and legal entities (further - consumers) to which services are provided.

2. In case of failure to provide services or their provision not in full, declines in quality, in particular variations of their quantitative and qualitative indexes from normative, the contractor carries out recalculation of the amount of payment for actually provided services by reduction of the amount of payment for provision of services taking into account the requirements given in appendix.

3. The contractor shall carry out within a month which comes for settlement, recalculation of the amount of payment for the services provided to the consumer in case of failure to provide them or provision not in full, declines in quality irrespective of availability of debt for the provided services.

4. If provision of services on centralized heating began after fixed term or the heating season ahead of schedule ended, and also in the presence of breaks in provision of services which exceed admissible term (12 hours a day once a month), recalculation for provision of such services in the absence of room and house means of accounting of heat energy is carried out in case of fee:
