According to the Budget code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 22, 2009 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2010" I order to No. PP-1245:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for financing of expenses on allowance payment on pregnancy and childbirth to the women working in state-financed organizations, monthly compensation money payments, stipulated by the legislation instead of privileges on payment of housing and communal services to separate categories of citizens, and lump-sum allowance in case of the child's birth according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
