In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About fire safety", for the purpose of establishment in the territory of the republic of single accounting treatment for the fires and their effects, and also collection and interchange by information on them the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve Regulations on accounting treatment for the fires and their effects, and also collection and interchange by information on them according to appendix.
2. To the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. Assign to Public service of fire safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan maintaining the state statistical recording on the fires and their effects.
4. Determine that the expenses connected with development and deployment of the computer automated program of maintaining the state statistical recording of the fires and their effects are performed within the budgetary funds which are annually selected to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Hodzhayev B. A.
