1. Take into consideration information of the head of expert group on the Non-tariff Regulation direction V. V. Lamkov on ensuring functioning of single system of non-tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

3. For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of article 3 of the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 to determine that:

- the general license for export and (or) import of separate type of the goods included in Sections 2. 9, 2.10, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27 Single inventories to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries are applied (further - the Single list) are issued according to decisions of the governments of the State Parties of custom union;

- the exclusive license for export and (or) import of separate type of the goods included in Section 2.26 of the Single list is issued to participants of foreign trade activity who are determined according to the legislation of the State Party of custom union.
