- the general license for export and (or) import of separate type of the goods included in Sections 2. 9, 2.10, 2.24, 2.25, 2.27 Single inventories to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by the State Parties of custom union within Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries are applied (further - the Single list) are issued according to decisions of the governments of the State Parties of custom union;

- the exclusive license for export and (or) import of separate type of the goods included in Section 2.26 of the Single list is issued to participants of foreign trade activity who are determined according to the legislation of the State Party of custom union.
