In pursuance of the Actions plan on enforcement of the Customs Code of the Customs Union approved by Mezhgossovet's Decision of EurAsEC (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of states of November 27, 2009 No. 17 "About the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union":

1. Approve the Network schedule of preparation in 2010 of drafts of the international agreements and regulatory legal acts approved by the Commission of custom union (further - the Network schedule) it (is applied).

2. Create Expert group on preparation of documents which adoption is provided by the Network schedule (further - Expert group).

3. Ask the Parties to provide till February 10, 2010 offers on candidates to structure of the Expert group created according to Item 2 of this Decision.

4. According to the terms established by the Network schedule to executives in charge to draft draft documents and to provide them to Expert group.

5. Hold meetings of Expert group on discussion of the draft documents included in the Network schedule in Moscow (Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation) during the period from March 2 to March 19, 2010.

6. To provide to the secretariat of the Commission the direction of the documents for interstate approval submitted by the Expert project group in state members of custom union.

7. Create the working group of authorized representatives of the Parties on negotiating on application of the Customs convention on international delivery of loads using the book of MDP (1975) and the Convention on cornet of ATA (1961) on customs area of custom union (further - the Working group).

8. Ask the Parties to present till February 10, 2010 to the Secretariat to the Commission of custom union candidacies in structure of the Working group specified in Item 7.
