About approval of the Procedure for departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles

According to article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles which is applied.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, Art. 57; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 49, the Art. 3212) changes which are applied.

3. To the state committee on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision, other central executive bodies to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with the Procedure approved by this resolution.

Procedure for departmental registration and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles

General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of departmental registration (further - registration) and accounting of large-capacity and other technological vehicles which are not subject to operation on street road net public.

2. Terms which are applied in this Procedure have such value:

1) large-capacity and other technological vehicle (further - the technological vehicle) - the large-capacity car which on the design and the equipment is intended for carriage of goods of transportation of raskryvny breeds and minerals on open-cast mountain minings or soil on construction, and also other motorized vehicle including equipped with special fittings or mechanisms or the vehicle intended for movement only in combination with other vehicle which is controlled the driver (the operator, the driver) and is used by the owner for ensuring production processes during implementation of economic activity by it (production of products, performance of works, provision of services), and also for movement of raw materials (materials) which is processed, and production wastes;

2) research of identification numbers - carrying out expert inspection with use of physical control methods for the purpose of establishment of identification numbers of nodes and aggregates if it is impossible to establish them during visual survey;

3) material logistics of registration actions, registrations of technological vehicles (further - registration material logistics) - production of the documents used in case of registration;

4) re-registration technological transport sredstvaprovedeniye of registration actions in case of approach of circumstances in connection with which there was need for modification of registration documents;

5) registration actions - the actions connected with registration, re-registration or temporary registration of the technological vehicle for certain term;
