1. Establish the sizes of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges to separate categories of citizens according to appendix 1.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for purpose of monthly monetary compensations instead of privileges according to appendix 2.

6. Recommend to local public administrations to provide different types of additional social support to disabled citizens and needy families at the expense of means of local budgets.

7. Recommend to the city halls of the cities of Bishkek, Osh, cities of regional value, and also town and settlement councils of the cities and settlements of the republic:
