For the purpose of increase in efficiency, productivity and long term of the external help provided to the Republic of Moldova by the international donor organizations and the donor countries and in pursuance of provisions of the Law No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 on the Government (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 131-133, of the Art. 1018) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on institutional base and the mechanism of coordinating of the external help provided to the Republic of Moldova by the international donor organizations and the donor countries according to appendix No. 1.
2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities within a month to appoint the coordinator of the external help for this sector and to create sectoral councils in the field of the external help on the basis of the principles stated in the specified Provision.
3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the State office.
