For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About write-off of bad debt of consumers of electricity, electric distribution companies, prime vendors of the electric power on principal debts, the added percent, penalty fee, to financial, penal and tax sanctions" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed technique of write-off of bad debt on principal debts.
2. To Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of state-owned property of the Kyrgyz Republic, Fund of the state material reserves of the Kyrgyz Republic, open joint stock companies "Power Plants", "National Power Grids of Kyrgyzstan", "Severelektro", "Vostokelektro", "Oshelektro", "Zhalalabatelektro" to make write-off of bad debt on principal debts according to the approved technique.
3. To assign coordination and regulation of write-off of bad debt on principal debts according to technique to the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To the ministry of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to make offers on compensation of losses of the budget receipts caused by write-off of tax and customs debt.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
