About benefits for the children arranged in service of foster education
Based on articles 22 and 23 of the Law on the public assistance No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. 1. Approve the size of benefits for the children arranged in service of foster education it (is applied).
2. Determine that financing of the costs following from this Resolution will be performed within the financial resources provided on these purposes in budgets of the corresponding administrative and territorial units.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.

(2) in case of the short-term device one-time and annual clothing allowances, footwear and sanitary and hygienic goods are provided at the rate of 250 lei a month, proceeding from the period of the placement established by guardianship and custody body.

(4) the Lump-sum allowance on reaching 18 years is paid to the young person / girl for (re) integration into society and for preparation for independent life.
