About creation of the Expert advisory board on estimative activities
For the purpose of development and forming of the single principles and approaches in assessment of objects of the civil laws in the Republic of Belarus, enhancement of estimative activities in the Republic of Belarus, based on the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 No. 615 "About estimative activities in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Create under the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus the Expert advisory board on estimative activities.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Expert advisory board on estimative activities.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
