1. This Procedure determines the procedure of carrying out selection by guardianship and custody body of the educational organizations, medical organizations, the organizations rendering social services or other organizations, including the organizations for orphan children and children without parental support, for implementation of separate powers of guardianship and custody body on a grant basis (further - selection).

3. The organizer of selection of the organizations is the guardianship and custody body.

4. The guardianship and custody body posts the notice on carrying out selection of the organizations (further - the notice) on the official site of executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation and (or) local government body and in regional (local) printing mass media.

In the notice are specified:

name and address of the organizer of selection of the organizations;

the place of filing of application on participation in selection of the organizations;

the list of the documents submitted for participation in selection of the organizations;

organization activity indicators based on which their selection will be performed;

contact information.

5. Selection of the organizations is performed in process of receipt in guardianship and custody body of statements of the organizations for delegation of power (power) (further - the statement).
