1. Approve:

paragraph two of Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 695

the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 695

The list of subordinated administrative authorities and public organizations which founder is the Ministry of the environment, according to appendix No. 3;

The list of the organizations coordinated by the Ministry of the environment according to appendix No. 4;

The list of the state companies concerning which the Ministry of the environment is founder, according to appendix No. 5;

Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 6;

The list of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 7.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 695

3. The ministry of the environment has two deputy ministers and board as a part of 7 people.

4. The ministry of the environment is legal successor of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

1. In all text of the Order of the Government No. 401 of April 3, 2003. "About some aspects of hydrometeorological activities in the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 67-69, 423), with subsequent changes and amendments, words "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment".

3. In the Order of the Government No. 986 of August 11, 2003. No. 177-181, 1014), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

in all text of the Resolution and in appendix No. 1 of the word "the central industry body in the field of water economy" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment" in the corresponding case;

in the subitem e) Item 19 of appendix No. 1 of the word "to the Apele Moldovei Agency shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of the environment";
