DECISION OF INTERSTATE COUNCIL OF EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

of November 27, 2009 No. 17

About the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union

(Agreement as amended of 11.04.2017)

Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of states solved:

1. Accept the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union (further - the Agreement) it (is applied).

2. Proceeding from need of cancellation since July 1, 2010 of customs clearance concerning the goods coming from the third countries and issued in free circulation in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation moved within customs areas of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, the solution of other questions and preparation of the Agreement for ratification, the Commission of custom union till December 10, 2009 to create the Special working group of authorized representatives of the Parties (further - Special group).

3. To special group to prepare the draft of the Protocol on modification and amendments in the Agreement (further - the Protocol) and till February 15, 2010 to submit it for consideration of the Commission of custom union.

4. Provide to the parties signing of the Protocol till March 1, 2010.

5. To the parties till June 1, 2010 to carry out the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force specified the Agreement and the Protocol.

6. Determine that the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union becomes effective since July 1, 2010 in the presence of information of depositary on accomplishment of the interstate procedures by the Parties necessary for entry into force of the specified Agreement.

7. Determine that the Agreement on determination of customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union of January 25, 2008 becomes effective along with entry into force of the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union.

8. Approve the Actions plan on enforcement of the Customs Code of the Customs Union it (is applied).

9. To provide to the parties till July 1, 2010 reduction of the national legal system in compliance with the Customs Code of the Customs Union.
