About establishment of the list of types and the scope of information of cadastral maps

1. Establish the following types of cadastral maps depending on the purposes of their use:

public cadastral maps, held for use unrestricted group of people;

cadastral maps on duty, held for use body of the cadastral registration when implementing the state cadastral registration and maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre;

cadastral maps of the territories of municipalities, held for use local government bodies;

the cadastral maps of the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation representing set of cadastral maps of the territories of the municipalities located in borders of appropriate subjects of the Russian Federation, and held for use executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the scope of information of the cadastral maps specified in Item 1 of this order is determined according to appendix to this order.

3. This order becomes effective since March 1, 2010.

Scope of information of cadastral maps

1. On  public  cadastral  maps    the following public cadastral data are reproduced:

1) borders of units of cadastral division;

2) frontier of the Russian Federation;

3) borders between subjects of the Russian Federation;

4) borders of municipalities;

5) borders of settlements;

6) borders of zones with special conditions of use of the territories;

7) borders of the parcels of land;

8) contours of buildings, constructions, objects of construction in progress
on the parcels of land;

9) numbers of units of cadastral division;

10) cadastral  numbers  of the parcels of land,  buildings,  constructions,
objects of construction in progress;

11) data on pattern of ownership on the parcels of land, buildings, constructions, objects of construction in progress (private property, property of public legal entities);

12) data on the cadastral cost of the parcels of land, buildings, constructions, objects of construction in progress;

13) land area and buildings, main characteristics of constructions and their values, main characteristics of objects of construction in progress and their projectible values;

14) borders of territorial zones;

15) the permitted use of the parcels of land.

16) data on geodetic basis of the inventory:

data on Items of the state geodetic networks (number of Items, the coordinate of Items in local systems of coordinates with indication of system of coordinates, types of signs, descriptions of location of Items (outlines) which are not carried to the data which are the state secret;

data on Items of basic boundary network (number of Items, the coordinate of Items with indication of system of coordinates, types of signs, descriptions of location of Items (outlines);

17) information that the parcels of land are free from the third party rights (for the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and are not provided to physical persons or legal entities);

18) the data containing in the decision on approval of the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land and the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land:

conditional number of each parcel of land formed according to the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land (if formation of two and more parcels of land is provided);

the project area of each parcel of land formed according to the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land;

the address of the parcel of land or in the absence of the address of the parcel of land other description of location of the parcel of land;

borders of each arrangement of the parcel of land formed according to the scheme;

the name of document type about approval of the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land, the name of authorized body, date, document number about approval of the scheme of arrangement of the parcel of land;

19) borders of special economic zones.

2. On cadastral maps on duty, cadastral maps of the territories of municipalities and cadastral maps of the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation the data specified in Item of 1 this appendix and also the following data entered in the State Immovable Property Cadastre are reproduced:

1) numbers of contours of borders of the parcels of land (if borders of such parcels of land represent set of several closed contours);

2) borders and accounting numbers of parts of the parcels of land;

3) borders, cadastral numbers of the parcels of land, data on which are temporary;

4) contours, cadastral numbers of buildings, constructions, objects of construction in progress, data on which are temporary;

5) land areas, buildings, data on which are temporary;

6) No. 189 Is excluded according to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 06.04.2012
