Article 1

For the purposes of this agreement the regulated price (rate) is understood as the prices (rates) established by state bodies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia. At the same time the regulated price (rate) can have the fixed or extreme size.

Article 2

Price regulation (rates) is performed by state bodies of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia which according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the states of the Parties, are granted the right of regulation and control in the field of pricing.

Article 3

Price regulation (rates) for products (services) in the field of transport, bonds, power industry and the gas industry is performed by the Parties proceeding from economically reasonable costs and the necessary profit providing self-financing and reliability of functioning of subjects of managing.

Article 4

Price regulation (rates) of the Party is performed according to lists of products (services) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Byelorussia.

Article 5

The procedure for price regulation (rates) for specific types of products (services) and interaction of the Parties are determined by free interservice and industry standing agreements taking into account features of industries according to the national legal system.

Article 6

For the purpose of respect for mutual interests of the Party create the coordination council controlling the course of accomplishment of this agreement.

Article 7

This agreement becomes effective from signature date and stops the action after six months from date when one of the Parties notifies in writing other Party on the intention to stop its action.
