About approval of Regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers of water economy
According to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve Norma of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers of water economy (are applied).
2. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.07.98 for N 449/2889, to exclude the Section 5 "Water economy" of Standard regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers of agricultural and water economy approved by the order of Committee on supervision of labor protection of Ukraine of 10.06.98 of N 117,. With respect thereto to consider Sections 6-7 respectively Sections 5-6.
3. This order becomes effective from 01.12.2009.
4. To provide to the head of department of the organization of the state supervision in the AIC and the welfare sphere Tkachov V. S. submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To the head of department of normative and legal and legal providing Prokhorov V. V. to enter the order in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection and to place on the web page of Gosgorpromnadzor.
6. To the assistant department head of personnel, clerical work and special work Kravtsu V. Yu. provide publication of the order in mass media.
7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Committee Dengin A. P.

1.1. Regulations of free issue of special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment to workers of water economy (further - Regulations) are developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection".
1.2. These Regulations extend to the companies, organizations, the organizations which exercise water resources management, repair, operation and construction of meliorative systems and protective constructions irrespective of subordination and pattern of ownership.
1.3. Regulations are developed for professions of workers of water economy which list corresponds to the National qualifier of Ukraine "The qualifier of professions of recreation center 003:2005", approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of 26.12.2005 N 375. Classification and designation of protective properties of individual protection equipment (further - SIZ) depending on dangerous and harmful production factors are applied according to requirements of Item 1.2 state standard specification 12.4.011-89 "DSSBT. Remedies of working. General requirements and classification" and GOST 12.4.103-83 "DSSBT. The clothes are special protective, individual protection equipment of legs and hands. Classification".
1.4. Regulations determine types and terms of use of overalls, special footwear and other SIZ necessary for accomplishment of production process by workers of water economy.
1.5. Except these Regulations, employees of the companies, organizations and organizations of water economy who perform the works relating to other types of economic activity are provided to SIZ according to requirements of the current legislation.
1.6. Providing employees of the companies, organizations, organizations by SIZ, necessary for labor process, and also procedure for their content and storage are performed according to the Regulations on procedure for providing workers with special clothes, special footwear and other individual protection equipment approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision of 24.03.2008 of N 53, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.05.2008 for N 446/15137 (NPAOP 0.00-4.01-08).
1.7. Control of correctness and timeliness of providing employees of SIZ is performed by state supervision bodies behind labor protection and security services of work of the organizations and the companies.
1.8. Public control over complete and timely providing employees of SIZ at the companies, in organizations and the organizations labor collectives through the representatives elected by them and labor unions on behalf of the elected bodies and representatives, and in case of absence of labor union on predpriyatiiupolnomochenny hired employees perform person concerning labor protection.
