For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of article II of the Law No. 21-XVIII of September 18, 2009 on introduction of amendments to the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 149, the Art. 412), the Orders of the Government No. 597 of October 21, 2009 "About some measures for execution of the Law No. 21-XVIII of September 18, 2009" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 157, the Art. 663) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

paragraph two of Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 30.08.2017 No. 695

staff of board of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry according to appendix No. 2-1;

the list of the administrative authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry, according to appendix No. 2-2;

the list of public organizations in which the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry is founder, according to appendix No. 3;

The list of the state companies and joint-stock companies in which the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry performs function of the founder (cofounder) according to appendix No. 4;

changes and additions which are made to the separate orders of the Government according to appendix No. 5.

1-1. Determine that in case of release of members of board from post of their obligation as a part of board will be carried out by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of the new order of the Government.

3. To perform release of workers in connection with abolition of the Agro-industrial agency "Moldova-Vin" according to provisions of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 and the existing labor law.

4. Transfer to the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry of assets and liabilities, fixed assets and other material values of the Agro-industrial agency "Moldova-Vin" to perform on the basis of the delivery-acceptance certificates which are drawn up according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets, the approved Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.

5. Recognize invalid the separate orders of the Government according to appendix No. 6.
