About joint efforts on overcoming effects of world financial and economic crisis
Council of heads of states of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Take into consideration information of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation A. L. Kudrin about joint efforts of the State Parties of the CIS on overcoming effects of world financial and economic crisis.
2. To Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States at the regular meeting to consider the draft of the Plan of realization of joint efforts of the State Parties of the CIS for overcoming effects of world financial and economic crisis for 2009-2010 approved at meeting of permanent meeting of Ministers of Finance of the states - members of the CIS on September 15, 2009 in Moscow and to make on it the decision.
3. To the governments of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to perform measures for further liberalization of mutual trade, to abstain from application of the protectionist and other measures leading to restriction of mutual access of goods for the domestic markets of the State Parties of the CIS.
