In view of the menacing situation which developed with calculations of the companies of power system for the used natural gas, for the purpose of protection of national interests, ensuring calculations with the Russian Federation for the delivered natural gas, its stable delivery to Ukraine and to the countries of Europe, and also receipts to the government budget for timely and in full pension payments, grants and the salary and ensuring activity of the country during the autumn and winter period of 2009/10 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Recommend to the National commission of regulation of power industry to make changes to licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on supply of natural gas on regulated rate concerning implementation by suppliers of natural gas of its realization on regulated rate only for requirements of the population and budgetary institutions.
