1. 2. To authorized state bodies of the executive authority of the State Parties of custom union since January 1, 2010 to perform issue of licenses and import permits and commodity import according to the Agreement on rules of licensing in the field of foreign trade in goods of June 9, 2009 and Regulations on application of restrictions and to provide in time no later than July 1, 2010 execution of licenses and import permits and commodity import according to attached to the specified Agreement by the instruction about execution of the statement for licensing for export and (or) import of separate types of goods and execution of such license and the instruction about execution of the draft of the import permit and (or) import of separate types of goods and registration of such permission.
3. Determine that export licenses and import or other allowing documents for the export or commodity importation issued by authorized state bodies of the executive authority of the State Parties of custom union till January 1, 2010 are valid before the termination of term of their action.
4. To the secretariat of the Commission of custom union till March 1, 2010 to prepare information on the prohibitions and restrictions of non-economic nature existing in mutual trade of the State Parties of custom union, including, the Parties following from the international obligations, and to submit the Commissions of custom union of the offer on their unification or cancellation for consideration.
5. To the parties till December 20, 2009 to prepare and provide to the Secretariat of the Commission of custom union in 4 copies originals of forms of the corresponding licenses in the field of foreign trade in goods, the allowing documents issued when moving through customs border of goods to which restrictions are applied, and also lists of persons, representatives to sign the specified documents, with appendix of the corresponding samples of original signatures and prints of seals.
