For the purpose of realization of Items 2, 3 orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 28, 2001 No. 827 "About procedure for appointment and pension payment on favorable terms and the amount of compensations on labor mutilation to employees of liquidated enterprises" Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic

DECIDES:

1. Approve the amount of the compensation payments on indemnification provided by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 28, 2001 No. 827 "About procedure for appointment and pension payment on favorable terms and the amount of compensations on labor mutilation to employees of liquidated enterprises" for payment from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008 (appendix 1).

2. To general department of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to send this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to district and city managements of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for management and execution.

3. To provide to chiefs of district and city managements of Social fund:

- recalculation of the approved amount of compensation payments according to this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- till March 25, 2008 to finish recalculation of the amount of the compensation payments on indemnification provided by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 28, 2001 No. 827 "About procedure for appointment and pension payment on favorable terms and the amount of compensations on labor mutilation to employees of liquidated enterprises" for payment from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008;

- till April 1, 2008 to provide in inspection department behind pension payment of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic the request for the potrebny amount;

- monthly provision in inspection department behind pension payment of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic of data for paid amounts of compensation payments, by types and the number of receivers;

In pursuance of this resolution of Board of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic K. Nusupbekov.

For payment the following amount of compensation payments on indemnification is established from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008:

1) according to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic the monthly salary on the republic in 2007 constituted 3990 som. Therefore, the monthly amount of compensation payment on indemnification constitutes:

- to disabled people of the I group - 1064, 0 som (3990: 3 x 80%);

- to disabled people of the II group - 798, 0 som (3990: 3 x 60%);

- to disabled people of III group - 532, 0 som (3990: 3 x 40%);

- to persons which lost professional working capacity without group of disability, - 465, 5 som (3990: 3 x 35%);

- to persons who lost the supporter who made payments for labor mutilation - 465, 5 som (3990: 3 x 35%).

2) Monthly amount of compensation payment:

- on annual improvement of disabled people and to persons which lost professional working capacity without group of disability, constitutes 100 som (1200: 12, where 1200 - the cost of expenses on acquisition of medicine in year; 12 - the number of months in year);

- on sanatorium treatment of disabled people and to persons which lost professional working capacity without group of disability, constitutes 188, 13 som (6773 som: 3: 12, where 6773 som - average cost of the permit to sanatorium treatment in 2007 according to the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic).

Financing of compensation payments is made from means of the Republican budget. The social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic pays the specified compensation payments in the presence of assignments at the expense of the funds allocated for these purposes from the Republican budget.
