3. 4. Accomplishment of functions on the organization of production, delivery to offices of notary public, the Public notarial Records Offices, private notaries, primary accounting of delivery to assign destruction of the damaged, cancelled and defective special forms of notarial documents to the state company "National Information Systems".

5. To department of financial provision (Oleksiyenko V. F.), (Dobzhansky V. B.) within a month from the date of entry into force of this order to provide to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine preparation and approval of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of the draft of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning approval of the amount of payment for use of the Unified register of special forms of notarial documents:

for check of authenticity of special forms of notarial documents according to the Unified register of special forms of notarial documents with issue on it the information reference;

6. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.) till 01.01.2010:

6.2. Provide creation and implementation of the website for access to data of the Unified register of special forms of notarial documents for search and viewing of information on the valid and invalid special forms of notarial documents.

7. To department of notariate and registration of lawyer associations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Yashchenko N. V.), state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.):

7.1. Submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

7.2. Bring the order to the attention of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, regional branches of the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to provide its proper application in work.
