About correction coefficients to the salary for calculation of pensions

This Law is directed to increase in work pensions in connection with growth of the average salary in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Article 1. To the salary for calculation of pensions the following correction coefficients are established:

Article 2. All work pensions granted or counted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" are subject to new calculation from the salary determined using correction coefficients, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law.
Article 3. The average monthly salary of the pensioner for determination of the size of pension is calculated by multiplication of the salary in som from which it was appointed or subsequently recalculation of pension, on the established correction coefficient was made.
From again established average monthly salary pension on the provisions of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" is estimated.
Article 4. The average monthly salary (income) for calculation of pension is considered in the amount of no more 150-fold size of settlement indicator.
Article 5. To the pensioners working after award of pension after provision of documents recalculation of pension taking into account earlier not included insurance years of service for the work periods till January 1, 1996 on condition of payment of insurance premiums for these periods is made.
Article 6. From the date of entry into force of this Law to declare invalid the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of indexed correction coefficients to the salary for calculation of pensions" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 244).
Article 7. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2001.
