1. General provisions

1. These rules of assignment of accounting numbers to the objects of production performing cultivation of animals, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion and realization of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin and also the organizations for production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 10) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science".

These rules establish procedure for assignment of accounting numbers to the objects of production performing cultivation of animals, procurement (slaughter), storage, conversion and realization of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin and also the organizations for production, storage and realization of veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives (further - object of production).

3. In these rules the following concepts are used:

department - Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - department);

territorial subdivisions of department - territorial inspections of Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the corresponding administrative and territorial units (area, the city of republican value, the capital, the area, the city of regional value);
