According to part four of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of wholesale and retail trade by the vehicles and their components having identification numbers which is applied.

2. Add Item 4-1 of the Procedure of trading activity and rules of trade servicing of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 2006 No. 833 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006 No. 25, Art. 1818; 2007, No. 73, the Art. 2733), after the word Ministry of Finance words ", except the cases established by the law".

3. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Procedure of wholesale and retail trade by vehicles and their components which have identification numbers

General part

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation of trading activity in the field of wholesale and retail trade by cars, by buses, motorcycles of all types, brands and models, trail cars, semitrailer trucks and microcars, tractors, self-propelled chassis, by self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms and vehicles of national and foreign production (further - vehicles) and their components (engines, the chassis, bodies, frames) which have identification numbers, and also those vehicles and their components having identification numbers which were in use and were registered in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. Action of this Procedure extends to all subjects of housekeeping irrespective of pattern of ownership performing transfer for realization of vehicles and their components which have identification numbers, wholesale and retail trade by them and execution of necessary documents (further - subjects of housekeeping).

3. Terms which are used in this Procedure have the following value:

the act of acceptance-transfer-document of the established form which is drawn up in the electronic register by subject of managing which is producer of the vehicles and their components having identification numbers performs their wholesale and retail trade;

the distributor - the subject of housekeeping who is authorized by the producer on implementation of sale of the vehicles and their components having identification numbers, and the organization of carrying out pre-sale preparation, guarantee and after-sale service through the dealer network and is registered respectively in the Main service center Ministry of Internal Affairs and Gosprodpotrebsluzhby;
