About establishment of settlement regulation of working hours for 2010

Based on Articles 112 and 124 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 7.1.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" in edition of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2005 the No. 127 Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish settlement regulation of working hours for 2010 in case of complete regulation of its duration no more:

for five-day business week with the days off on Saturday and Sunday - 2050 hours;

for six-day business week with the day off on Sunday - 2036 hours.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
