About the State language of the Republic of Tajikistan
This Law determines legal status of state language and regulates its application in the Republic of Tajikistan.
1. This Law regulates application of state language and other languages in activities of state bodies, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, and also legal entities, irrespective of forms of business, Dehkan (farmer) farms and individual entrepreneurs.
2. This Law does not regulate use of languages in the personal relations.
