Resolutions of obligatory nature of self-government institutions of settlements and villages within ten days are published in the corresponding city or district newspapers, after passing of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also in the "Unified State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Tajikistan" magazine.

12) Regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of local authorities of the government and self-government institutions of settlements and villages become effective in the corresponding territory from the date of their official publication if acts do not establish other term.

13) the Regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of local authorities of the government and self-government institutions of settlements and villages containing the data which are the state secret, or other secret protected by the law are not subject to official publication, undergo state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and become effective from the date of state registration and assignment of number if acts do not establish other term of their entry into force.
