Approve the enclosed Procedure for official publication of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and other state bodies.

Procedure for official publication of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and other state bodies

1) This Procedure determines rules of publication and entry into force of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and other state bodies.

2) the Ministries and other state bodies adopt regulatory legal acts in the form of orders, and the state committees and National Bank of Tajikistan in the form of the resolution.

3) Regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of the ministries, state committees and other state bodies after passing are subject to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan no later than 10 days to official publication in the Dzhumkhuriyat newspapers and become effective from the date of their publication in one of these editions, and also in the "Unified State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts" magazine.

4) Regulatory legal acts of obligatory nature of the ministries, state committees and other state bodies the containing data being the state secret or other secret protected by the law are not subject to official publication, undergo state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and become effective from the date of state registration and assignment of number if in them other term of entry into force is not established.
