(1), Art. 8 of the item b), Art. 20 of the h. (1), Art. 21 of the h. (1), Art. 22 of the h. (1) and h. (2) the Law No. 192-XIV of November 12, 1998 "About the National commission on the financial market" (repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126), the Law No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 "On regulation of business activity by licensing" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 108-109, the Art. 836) and for the purpose of settlement of the procedure of licensing of activities in the security market the National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision and revocation of licenses for professional activity in the security market.

2. Consider invalid the Resolution of the National commission on securities No. 12/1 of 28.10.1999 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision and cancellation of licenses for activities in the security market".

3. Control over accomplishment of this resolution is imposed on department of securities of the National commission on the financial market.
