This Provision establishes procedure for the accelerated and simplified issue of permissions to temporary residence to the foreign citizens attracted to labor activity by the legal entities or physical persons which signed civil construction agreements of the objects provided by the subprogramme "Development of Vladivostok as the center of international cooperation in the Pacific Rim" the federal target program "Economic and Social Development of the Far East and Transbaikalia for the Period till 2013" (further - the subprogramme) and heads of state and government of the countries, necessary for meeting, - participants of the forum "Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation" in 2012 (further - objects).

2. The state customers of the subprogramme send information on the conclusion, prolongation or termination of civil construction agreements of objects to the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

Based on the acquired information the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation creates the list of the legal entities or physical persons which signed civil construction agreements of objects (further - the list), and 2 times a month specify it.

The Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation monthly, the 5th and 20th, sends the list to the Federal Migration Service and informs legal entities or physical persons on inclusion them in the list (exception of the list).

The list form, and also procedure for its transfer to the Federal Migration Service and informing the legal entities or physical persons performing construction of facilities of their inclusion in the list (exception of the list) are determined by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Federal Migration Service.
