About streamlining of collection and conversion of pitch of giant-fennel

According to article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan I decide:

1) to Resolve giant-fennel pitch collection in the Republic of Tajikistan only with involvement of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and only for production conversion and production of its end products. - strengthen control of prevention and identification of illegal collection of pitch of giant-fennel;

- in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine giant-fennel pitch collection quota with condition of production of end products in the republic.

To Declare 4) invalid the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 19, 2008 No. 545 "About categorical prohibition of collection and export of pitch of giant-fennel"
