For the purpose of stimulation of effective scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities:

1.6. the price of works on agreements on accomplishment of the research, developmental and experienced and technological works financed by budgetary funds is created taking into account profitability in the amount of, not exceeding 7 percent of their estimated cost, and under such agreements concerning products of military (services) (arms, the military and special equipment) including which are carried out according to the state defense order, - taking into account profitability in the amount of, determined according to other acts of the legislation;

1.7. the state legal entities and economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares in authorized funds), can determine the decisions made by these economic societies (further – the organizations), being owners of property rights on inventions, useful models, industrial designs, selection achievements, know-how (know-how) including created with use of means of the republican budget, at least 40 percent of the means received according to license agreements or agreements on provision of the specified results of intellectual activities (their part) or the rights to their use which remained at the disposal of the organizations after tax payment, charges (duties) and other obligatory payments in the budget and state non-budgetary funds direct to payment of remunerations to authors of the called objects of the right of industrial property for their use according to the procedure and on the conditions established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

The organizations performing scientific and scientific and technical activities and being owners of exclusive rights on the office works of science created by authors on their task or according to the procedure of accomplishment of the obligations caused by the employment contract (contract), 40 percent of the means received under the agreements providing transfer of the property rights on these works which remained at the disposal of the organizations after tax payment, charges (duties) and other obligatory payments in the budget and state non-budgetary funds direct to payment of remunerations to authors of office works of science for their use according to the procedure and on the conditions established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.8. No. 467 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 28.12.2017

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. National academy of Sciences of Belarus in six-months time to take measures for accomplishment of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective in six months after its official publication, except for Items 2, 3 and this Item, becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
