1. Approve regulations on procedure for issue of the medical certificate on recognition by disabled people of children aged up to 16 years (in the new edition) according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. Due to the entry into force of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 12, 2007 N 6, 29/1 "About approval of regulations on procedure for purpose of disability to children up to 16 years" (registration number 1695 of June 27, 2007) (The collection of legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, N 25-26, Article 277).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
