About measures for protection of the Russian producers of polyamide technical threads
According to the Federal Law "About Special Protective, Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures in case of Commodity Import" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Establish for a period of 4 years anti-dumping duty concerning the threads imported on customs area of the Russian Federation synthetic nylon linear density from 29 to 250 текс inclusive, coming from Ukraine and classified by the FEACN CU codes 5402 19 000 0, 5402 45 000 0, 5402 51 000 0 and 5402 61 000 0, in the amount of 11,6 of percent of customs value.
2. Provide to the Federal Customs Service collection of anti-dumping duty on the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution, being guided both by the FEACN CU codes, and description of goods.
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
