The customs participating services of this agreement which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

aiming by cooperation of Customs Services, to promote development and acceleration of cargo, transit flow of fruit and vegetable products,

being guided by article 10 of the Agreement on simplification and standardization of procedures of customs clearance on customs borders of July 8, 1994 between Customs Services of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

and for the purpose of providing free conditions of transportations of fruit and vegetable products on roads in the territory of the states of the Parties,

agreed with following:

Article 1

Parties:

a) take agreed measures on simplification of customs clearance of the fruit and vegetable products made in the territory of the states of the Parties;

b) recognize customs providing (seals, prints, seals, stamps), customs papers from each other, and if necessary impose own customs providing on the moved products.

Article 2

The fruit and vegetable products made in the territories of the states of the Parties are passed through customs borders in extraordinary procedure.

Article 3

Recognize as the documents certifying origin of fruit and vegetable products in the state territory of the Parties, the certificate of origin of goods in the ST-1 form or the freight transport and other shipping documents containing data on the country of goods' origin.

Provisions of this Article are applied by the Ukrainian side to the fruit and vegetable products moved with transit.

Article 4

This agreement becomes effective from the moment of its signing.

Article 5

This agreement is signed for three years from the moment of its signing.

It is made in Moscow on May 21, 1998 in 4 copies, each of which is equally authoritative.
