1. Approve Industrial safety rules for productions of sukhovaltsovanny pastes, nitrolinoleum, nitrolinoleum mastic, nitrovarnishes, nitromastics, celluloid and products from it, plastics, synthetic pitches, electroinsulating materials and rubber products (further - Rules) (are applied).

With entry into force of these rules to consider not applied in the territory of Ukraine "Rules on safe engineering and industrial hygiene to productions of sukhovaltsovanny pastes, nitrolinoleum, linoleum mastic, nitrovarnishes, nitroenamels, nitromastic, celluloid and products from it, plastics, synthetic pitches, electroinsulating materials and rubber technical products", approved 14.08.73 as the deputy minister V. Rayevsky.

3. This order becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To the head of department of the organization of the state supervision of industrial safety on productions and objects of the increased danger Morozov V. M. within five days to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

1.1. These Rules extend to all subjects of managing on production of sukhovaltsovanny pastes, nitrolinoleum, nitrolinoleum mastic, nitrovarnishes, nitromastics, celluloid and products from it, plastics, synthetic pitches, electroinsulating materials and rubber products.
