Classification of inventories of fields and forecast resources of minerals

1. General provisions

1) Classification of inventories of fields and forecast resources of minerals is developed according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About subsoil" and Item 8 of the Regulations on State commission of the Republic of Tajikistan on the inventories of minerals approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2007 No. 656.

2) Classification of inventories and forecast resources of minerals (further - Classification) establishes the principles of classification of fields, inventories and forecast resources of solid minerals, single for the Republic of Tajikistan, and does not belong to fields of underground waters, oil and gas.

3) Object of stock counting of minerals is the field (part of the field) of minerals.

4) the Object of assessment of forecast resources of minerals are metallogenichesky (mineragenichesky) zones, pools, ore areas, fields, ore occurences, flanks and the deep horizons of fields.

5) Inventories of minerals are counted by results of the exploration and operational works performed in the course of their studying and industrial development.

6) Forecast resources of minerals are estimated based on favorable geological premises, reasonable analogy to the known fields, by results of geological film-making, geophysical, geochemical, estimative and search works.

7) Calculation and stock accounting on the field (or its parts), assessment and accounting of forecast resources of minerals of the subsoil plot is made in units of mass or amount in general, according to economically reasonable parameters of standards confirmed with state examination without losses and impoverishment in case of production, enrichment and conversion of minerals.

2. Groups of mineral deposits on types and size of inventories

12) Groups of mineral deposits (subsoil plots) on types and size of inventories are given in appendix to this Classification (classifications of fields of underground waters, oils, gas and coals will be provided separately).

3. Groups of mineral deposits on complexity of geological structure

13) Necessary and sufficient degree of extent of exploration of inventories of solid minerals is determined depending on complexity of geological structure of fields (subsoil plots) which are subdivided on this sign into the following groups:
