2. 4. In credit institution storage of precious metals is performed by the officials responsible for safety of values; receiving and delivery of precious metals to clients are performed by the officials responsible for safety of values, either the treasurer, or the cash worker (cash workers).

Contracts on full financial responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation are signed with the workers performing storage, receiving and delivery of precious metals.

In case of joint implementation by workers of storage, receiving and delivery of precious metals when it is impossible to differentiate responsibility of each worker for damnification and to sign with it the agreement on compensation of damage in complete size, the agreement on collective (brigade) financial responsibility is signed with the specified workers.

5. Storage, receiving and delivery of precious metals in credit institution are performed in rooms for making of the transactions with values conforming to the requirements established by the Provision of the Bank of Russia N 318-P.
