About additional measures for streamlining of foreign economic activity

For the purpose of further forming of favorable conditions for sustainable development of national production of high-quality finished goods, competitive in the internal and external markets, on the basis of application of the conventional methods of customs and tariff regulation of foreign trade activity in the international practice:

in a month critically to review earlier approved lists of the imported goods exempted from customs payment within programs of upgrade, technical and technological rearmament of industries of economy, meaning preserving in them only those goods which production is not mastered in the republic yet.

4. Recognize voided since October 1, 2009:

appendix No. 12-2 to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2008 No. PP-1024 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2009".
